Account Deletion

You can request a full account deletion or a partial deletion of your personal information, such as your transaction history or verification details like BVN and NIN.

Full Account Deletion:

To delete your entire account and all associated personal data (name, email, phone number, BVN, NIN, and transaction history), please follow these steps:

  2. In your email/WhatsApp message, please include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • The email or phone number associated with your account
    • The request to delete your account and all related data
  3. Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within 3 days.

Partial Data Deletion:

If you wish to delete specific information (for example, transaction history or verification details like BVN or NIN), you can request partial deletion.

To request partial data deletion:

  1. Contact our support team by sending an email to support@dasamonie.com or reach us via WhatsApp [Insert WhatsApp link here].
  2. In your message, specify the details you would like to remove (e.g., transaction history, BVN, NIN).
  3. Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of the specified data.

Important Information:

  • Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Partial data deletion will remove only the selected information (e.g., transaction history, identification details).
  • If you request the full deletion of your account, all data will be erased, and you will no longer be able to access your account.
